Parents should regularly meet the Head of the school, at mutually convenient time on working days, with prior appointment.
Meeting is held once after every term.
Students are expected to attend school on the opening day immediately following the vacations. Absence foe more than three days after the vacations end will attract strict disciplinary action.
It is the responsibility of absentees to ensure that their parents enter the relevant information and sign the almanac.
A student, returning to school after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease, should produce a doctor’s fitness certificate permitting him/her to attend school.
Student’s once parents will not be allowed to leave the school unless there is an emergency.
The school gate will be closed after 7:30am and re-open at 7:40am for late comers. Disciplinary action will be taken against habitual late-comers.
All payments will be collected only by the accounts department. The last date for fees collection will be 10th of every month. If parents fail to pay fees before the last date, a late fine will be charged.
In case of bounced cheque, cheque return charges & late fees will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.
Admission granted in the middle of session are entitled to pay the tuition fees & transport fees from the beginning of the session.
Any fee paid for particular students is not adjustable with the other students.
