Cookery activity

Learning to cook will help you understand world cultures, customs and flavors. You will also learn life skills like eating healthy, budgeting your money, and cleaning. Preparing fresh foods will put much-needed nutrition into your diet and increase your energy and quality of health in the short and long run.

Florescent Public School organised a Cookery activity for the students of class 1 to class 10. All the students were made to prepare different food and beverages as per theri grades. The students of class 1 prepared a staple of Indian summers,Lemon Juice. Whereas the students of class 2 and 3 went ahead with some snacks like Monaco toppings and Chanajor chaat. A classic tasty sandwich, favourite to all, was prepared by the students of class 4 and 7. A delicious Bhel and Boiled Chana Chaat was prepared by the students of class 5, 6 and 10. One of the most favourite snacks to Indians, panipuri, was made by the students of class 8 and class 9. Cooking like this will boost the self-esteem. Students will learn proper planning and preparation skills to see a task through from start to finish while contributing in a positive way to the health of their colleagues.

Florescent Public School hopes all the children had fun at this cookery activity and wishes that students pursue such useful activities as their hobbies.
